A New House

We have a new project that is rapidly underway. On this home, we are being much more involved. We are making all of the decisions regarding tile, floors, fixtures, colors and much more. Below are the original listing pictures of the home (unfortunately I was unable to get more as Andrew started work ASAP). We are also doing less demo and trying to stick to a tight deadline. It is very exciting for me to design this home and for us to really learn everything that goes into this side of the process.

Completed Project!

It has been very fast paced since we finished this home. We received an offer after 5 days on the market, but unfortunately it did not work out. The home s now back on the market and we have had some very well attended open houses and lots of showings. We are extremely happy with how it turned out and feel that it will sell in no time.
